Function Rooms

Please see the spreadsheet below for private hire of Function Rooms and individual Room Hire Fees / Minimum Spends running from November 24th - December 30th

  • These apply unless overridden by a GM / Area Manager

  • Please ensure guests are made aware that Room hire is non-refundable, non-transferable and does NOT contribute towards the Minimum Spend

  • If you have any questions please refer to Adelaide or the individual site GM

  • Menu choice and pre-order are required by a fortnight prior to the booking date; this will give you enough time to manage the pre-order and check final details

  • Ensure Collins is labelled with the correct Booking Type; Festive Menu or Premium Festive Menu

  • Push guests to use the links provided for pre-orders; if they do want to provide a list, ensure that they have this broken down by individual names not just a number of dishes

  • Ensure that if the guest wants a specific table lay-out or seating plan, that they give us the details well in advance

  • We can provide place names for the table but ONLY if pre-orders are placed online and against individual names.

  • Push guests to provide arrival times and a time that they would like to start eating

  • Try to up-sell arrival drinks and table wine - refer guests to our Drinks Menu on the pub’s website

  • If there are any withdrawals within 48 hours, please make sure to remove pre-orders from Collins and inform site that you have done so; pre-orders may have already been printed for the kitchen
